Busy weekend coming up!

It's Friday and I'm trying to organize everything cause I found out last night that I'm going be playing in the Whistler Grass Tournament on Saturday. So I had figure out whether I'm driving up on Friday night or Saturday morning, in my car or borrow my brother's car, stay over or not, man! It's a lot of figuring out!

I also had to figure out when I'm going to make my tuxedo cake, since I am now going to be in Whistler all day Saturday, hoping to go to Carla's BBQ on Saturday night and playing beach volleyball all day Sunday AND Sunday night! I may have to use my "free pass" and make TWO recipes next week and skip this week.

I went to Urban Fare with Jason to pick up some last minute items for the tuxedo cake plus water for tomorrow. We walked by the bulk Callebaut chocolate section and I debated about getting some instead of using the 100% cocoa chocolate bar I got from Paris.

As we walked to the checkouts, I said to Jason "So I guess I shouldn't use the chocolates I got from Paris for baking, eh?" As soon as I said it, I thought to myself "Wow! I sound like such a jet-setter!". And it totally showed that I am so NOT a baker! So I went back and got the bulk Callebaut chocolate. :D

Now it's time for bed since I have to get up early to drive up to Whistler in time for the 8am start to the tournament! Gosh, I sure hope I get up in time!
